![]() They typically just aren't bright enough to even notice differences in quality or to be able to enjoy a plethora of features & options available to them. LOL! Most normies are half-assed about literally everything & streaming all of their media all of the time is usually good enough for them. Most people don't know this & of course, faster is always preferable, right? Wrong. ![]() One of the biggest reasons digital music frequently sounds like total sht is that when ripping files to disc (this also applies to burning CDs), if you don't run the operation in it's slowest speed you will definitely ruin the audio quality 100% of the time. What I'm telling you does apply to video (visual) quality as well but all music lovers SHOULD definitely be aware of what I'm explaining. If you use java scripts/user scripts (as in Tamper Monkey, Grease Monkey, Violent Monkey, etc) you CAN actually upgrade a browser's H5 features & capabilities to be just as good as personal media players are with all of the same features & abilities. Online media Players (HTML5 Players, or H5 player for short) are simply better programs with more features & capabilities & personal media players all have upscaling properties. Streaming always depreciates quality compared to playing files locally & this is especially true with music. First off all, you don't have to worry about having a consistent internet connection & there's no buffering. There are many reasons one may want copies of their own media files but as one that enjoys having my own personal library, it is only my favorites that I know I'll want to replay repeatedly. Weird way to launch it, given if true, one would reason to leave the “translate” option, then display a pop-up about upgrading to Premium to use that feature. I’ve heard rumblings this might be a “Premium feature” now. ReVanced is the only one that still shows “translate to English” option, but selecting it does nothing as of YT’s update. Back-end update fundamentally changed YT UI and functionality on both Android & iOS, on Native, Vanced, & ReVanced apps. Weird things are happening on several fronts with Google software… including comment translations being removed from YouTube comments after back-end/API update (pushed to devices earlier today)… that also replaced home page with giant search bar. They claim to still support all common audio file types. Help forums show no fix/workaround, nor any acknowledgement of the issue by Google. Tested with Drive app on both Android & iOS, latest app versions, and issue persists even when sharing link to M4A file - it’ll show as “unplayable” or audio will be silent. Another strange happening with M4A support lately is Google Drive has intermittently stopped supporting most M4A files, virtually overnight.
